Good Carma Foods is the venture of Charlotte Bates. Based in Carmarthen (hence the spelling!), they specialise in creating dairy, wheat and gluten free cheese alternatives. This week we caught up with Charlotte to learn more about her business, its products and what she thinks about selling on STDAVIDS.WALES. Charlotte launched Good Carma Foods in 2013 in honour of her mother, Lynne, who died earlier that year. Aquila (Quil for short) lives in the Welsh Valleys with her two daughters. She started her ceramics business Love & Lovelier as a way to make her work life more flexible around her home life. Both of her daughters have Cystic Fibrosis, and she says 'I needed a way of working that I could fit in round all the hospital appointments and so forth.' Eva Leslie creates wonderful designs from just a fluff of wool. From angels to hares, each of her creations is unique.
