Kelp Soap

Julia gathers Kelp (Laminaria digitata) by swimming out and cutting it sustainably from the clear waters around St Davids Peninsula in the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

It really only becomes visible at very low tides but is found in many areas of the world. It is a brown seaweed that hydrates, soothes and stimulates collagen and improves dull complexions.  It is known to revitalize tired-looking skin and is an effective anti-oxidant helping repair damage caused by free radicals.

Kelp is an ingredient in many, many cosmetic and body treatments including cleansing muds, bath soak products, facial masks and toners, toothpastes, body scrubs, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, shaving lotion, hand creams, repair creams, skin rejuvenators, hydrators, and moisturisers.

Really Wild Soaps are natural, mild, nourishing and have not been tested on animals nor do they contain any animal fats. They are all palm oil free but still retain the rich natural glycerine that is normally discarded in commercial soaps.
The wild ingredients are collected locally from the hedgerows, coastline and seashore. Some of my soaps contain honey and beeswax as they have such amazing properties.

All packaging is environmentally friendly and biodegradable
